Age Suitability & Parental Controls

ListEka is a general-purpose shopping list app with no age restriction. Anyone can download and use it — from young family members helping with groceries to adults managing household budgets.

While we don't target children specifically, the app's content is family-friendly and appropriate for general audiences. Parents can feel confident letting younger family members use the app alongside them.

We do not require age verification or a birthday input during sign-up. This is intentional — we want onboarding to be simple and accessible for everyone.

• The app does not target children under 13 as its primary audience.
• All content within the app is safe and appropriate for general use.
• No age-restricted content, advertising, or products appear in the app.

ListEka includes parental control features so parents and guardians can stay involved. Here's what you can do:

Parental controls are available in the app under Profile → Parental Controls.

We encourage parents and guardians to supervise younger users, especially when sharing lists with others or reviewing household purchases.

• Review shared lists your children are part of regularly.
• Use the app's parental controls to guide how it's used at home.
• Encourage children to use the app responsibly and with respect for others.
• If you spot anything unexpected, contact us straight away.
